Enchanted and Festive – February 2025 Wrap
February has come and gone. This month brought highlights I can’t wait to share, from receiving a music award to an anthology publication.
Receiving My Award from the Holiday Music and Film Awards
Last December, “Winter Cold” won Best Christmas Jazz Song at the 3rd Annual Holiday Music and Film Awards. I still can’t believe this. After a couple months of patiently waiting, I received my beautiful award.

I put together this blog post, where I share an acceptance speech and talk about winning this special award. Huge thank you to the HMFAs for this recognition. I’m so grateful. This month truly felt like Christmas in February.
My Discography
After releasing music for five years now, I thought it was about time I have a page for my discography. I loved putting this together because it reminded me of all the music I’ve shared with the world so far. You can check out my discography here. I can’t wait to add my 2025 releases soon.
The Publication of Enchanted Tales & Twisted Lore
My all-time favorite short story, “Dabria’s Shadows,” is officially out in Enchanted Tales & Twisted Lore. I couldn’t be happier this anthology is in readers’ hands now.

I wrote all about the anthology in this blog post, where I share a sneak peek into my story, my unboxing video, and more. I love “Dabria’s Shadows” so much, and I’m grateful it found a forever home in Enchanted Tales & Twisted Lore.
New Short Stories
This month, I worked on two new short stories. The first is a quiet horror, and the second is a folk horror. These are sub-genres of horror I haven’t explored before, so I loved stepping outside my comfort zone and working on these stories. I hope to publish them in anthologies this year.
My Interview on You, Me, and the Writing Journey
I’m so honored my friend, Danielle, had me on her podcast, You, Me, and the Writing Journey. My episode, Going For Your Dreams, Whatever That Means, unfolded into such a wonderful conversation. You can listen to the episode on Spotify. I can’t thank Danielle enough for having me on her show.
And that’s a wrap on my February. Spring is coming, and I can’t wait for more highlights and memories to bloom.
