Shipping Policies:

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs which are determined during the checkout process.

Holiday Shipping:

Please allow additional time for delivery during the holiday season. During the holiday season please allow an additional two weeks for delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges:

Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Please select colors and sizes carefully. However, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you experience a problem with your order within (30 days of delivery) please let us know by clicking the contact link on our website and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

International Orders – COVID Restrictions:

Due to COVID-19, air travel to some countries and destinations has been restricted, which may impact our ability to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently. While we always strive for quick shipping, international deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions. 

Missing & Delayed Deliveries:

Potential causes for missing or delayed deliveries:

  • International policies and customs procedures.
  • Severe weather conditions resulting in unexpected delays.
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Required apartment number, building, floor not provided at checkout.

Note: Most of our carriers make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If they find that they can’t successfully deliver your package, they’ll notify you and return it to us for further action.
